As per a number of previous communications to Members, unfortunately any remaining Reward Points not redeemed by this time have been removed and can no longer be ‘spent’.

If you have placed a reward claim prior to this date and it is yet to be received, due to the very high volume of claims recently, please allow up to 30 working days for delivery. We apologise for any inconvenience this delay may cause.

If not within 30 working days (ie, 5 weeks), please email and we will respond as quickly as possible.
